Betty is a holistic bodywork practitioner, teacher, and fertility coach offering Pulsing Bodywork Therapy for men and women, alongside Fertility & Womb Massage Therapy for all women seeking deeper connection, balance, and embodied wellbeing, including support for those on a fertility journey.

Pulsing sessions use gentle, flowing, and rhythmic motions that echo the pace of a foetal heartbeat (around 120–160 beats per minute). Through subtle rocking, touch, breath, and body-based awareness, waves of movement ripple through the body, inviting deep relaxation, easing stress, and supporting the release of physical and emotional holding. Each session is individually held, helping to restore balance and reconnect the body with its innate capacity for self-healing.

Her womb-centred massage work is rooted in ancient traditions and modern holistic understanding, supporting menstrual health, hormonal harmony, womb healing, and a sense of grounded empowerment, within a safe and respectful space.
