A room of 3 parts! The Therapy Suite has a massage table for treatments and space for a second if you want to offer couples sessions.
A 1-2-1 corner for talking therapies. We also have the ergonomic wave chair for deeper work.
The Therapy Suite serves as a multi-functional sanctuary.

Welcome to The Humble Hangout, our vibrant community café designed to nourish body and spirit with soul food and good company.
Perfectly placed for you to relax before or after classes or treatments, this is more than just a café - it’s a space to connect, refuel and unwind. Whether you’re popping in for a coffee, staying for a nutritious brunch or settling down with your laptop for a productive session, we’ve got you covered.
Think delicious cakes, aromatic teas, gut friendly kombucha and mouth-watering options like Buddha bowls and Green Goddess salads — wholesome dishes that will make your tastebuds sing!

The Humble Hangout has been carefully considered as a neurodivergent-friendly space, designed to feel comfortable and inclusive for everyone. The space will be bright, vibrant and full of good energy — think Miami on a summer’s day, right here in St Leonards.
And for those seeking a breath of fresh air, we also have a garden space to sip enjoy a healthy lunch outside in the summer months.
We love supporting our hirers and helping your community grow.
