REIKI

Elaine initially trained in Usui Reiki over 25 years ago and undertook the advanced Reiki Master/Teacher training during the pandemic. She was drawn to Reiki for its ability to gently and subtly effect change, reduce pain, stress, anxiety, and as a tool for spiritual development.  

A practicing Registered Nurse for over 30 years and with additional training in Source Energy Healing, Aromatherapy and as a Death Doula, and a lifelong interest in all things esoteric and spiritual, Elaine brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her sessions here at the Humble Heart.

She will be practicing in the Egyptian Room and you can contact her to make an appointment.
