Ilaria is a Clinical Advanced EFT Practitioner dedicated to helping people release anxiety, stress, and trauma. As a Sober Coach, she also supports individuals in reassessing their relationship with alcohol, embracing a fulfilling alcohol-free life, and assisting those affected by a loved one's alcohol and substance use.
