REFLEXOLOGIST

My reflexology journey began about 14 years ago. It was something that I just felt drawn to. I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to train as a Reflexologist and I absolutely love it.

It just fascinated me that working points on the feet could affect the rest of the body. Even 14 years later I am often still blown away by what I can tell from working on somebody’s feet.

Reflexology can provide a deep sense of relaxation, working on a physical, spiritual and an emotional level.

I treat a whole range of clients from babies to the elderly, so whether you are looking for support with pregnancy, menopausal symptoms,anxiety or you are just looking for relaxation, reflexology is a great treatment to have.

Treatments are tailored specifically to the needs of each individual and I often use crystals or hot stones on the feet to enhance that sense of relaxation and wellbeing.

As a member of the Association of Reflexologists I recognise the importance of continuing professional development and I undertake this on a regular basis.

I am also a qualified Reiki Master and qualified in TMJ massage.
