Hi I am a trauma informed psychotherapist. The world can be a deeply scary and lonely place sometimes. I believe therapy gives you a safe place to talk about your feelings and experiences no matter how big or small. You may feel blocked, stuck, overwhelmed or worried about your future. I deeply believe in the power of helping people feel heard and validated. 

As a humanistic therapist I value the theory that everyone has the answers within them to get back to their authentic self. I will walk alongside you as we explore together your challenges and traumas that you are working through. Look at how you would like your life to improve and work towards removing the barriers that keep you stuck. 

We can do both talk therapy and art therapy and find what best suits your needs to express yourself and not feel so alone. 

I have a special interest and a deep understanding of Narcissistic Abuse recovery and toxic or abusive relationships that you may be trying to heal from or escape from. I offer you a non judgmental space to work through your relationship issues at your own pace.

I am happy to work with a variety of different issues such as Anxiety, Depression, chronic loneliness, or just a general stuckness that you may not be able to name or understand yet. I also have experience working with neurodivergence, ADHD and Autism.

Whether you are recovering from a difficult relationship, feeling stuck or overwhelmed, or facing a period of change and uncertainty, I offer a supportive space to help you understand yourself and your situation more clearly, build confidence in your own judgement, and move forward with greater clarity.
