I have a level 3 Dance Performing Arts qualification with over 5 years experience in Latin dance. Alongside dance which is my passion I am also a Holistic Practitionerwith a BSc Hons degree in Medical herbalism and Certification in Reiki Master healing. One day I hope to merge my professions into teaching dance expressionism, and body awareness to music. I enjoy helping people achieve their fitness goals through the power of Latin dance, I also teach Salsa and equally enjoy seeing my students go from 2 left feet to a left and right foot that they can confidently use to show their new found skills on the dance floor.

My journey began as a child, I was never fortunate enough to have any dance training as a child as i grew up in a a family with 6 siblings and parents who could not afford this privilege. I always loved music and dance as a child. I remember getting goose bumps when I'd watch anyone dance.... I knew that one day I’d be a Dancer!!
