Emily completed her yoga teacher training in 2022 amidst the breathtaking beauty of Guatemala, on the shores of the spiritually charged lake Atitlan. This experience profoundly deepened her connection to the practice, instilling within her a deep passion for sharing its transformative power.
She was initially drawn to yoga's ability to cultivate mental stillness and inner tranquility, recognising its power to transform not just the body, but the mind and spirit.
Emily's classes offer a blend of mindful movement and breathwork, creating a space for students to explore their inner landscape and find balance both on and off the mat. She is dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome to explore their own unique yoga journey.
