FAQ’s

An invoice will be generated at the end of the month, you will have 4 days to make payment.
In the case of affiliates using our booking system, the booking revenue generated will be added to this, based on the class price you set and no of attendees, a credit note will be issued. This will be minus the Stripe booking fee as per the T&C's.

When you place a booking there will be an automatic 30 min buffer added each side for changeovers at no charge.

Sessions can be cancelled off the system by yourself up to 48 hrs before. After this time we will have to action a cancellation and a half hire cancellation fee will be added to the invoice.
If you want to finish a running booking completely. We ask you to let Jo know by the end of the month before. Obviously we know this isn’t possible in some cases so we can have a conversation but please give as much notice as possible.

Attendee cancellation is set to 48 hours before as a standard or payment will be taken. This can be amended if needed, so please let us know on booking if you would like it amended.

Yes, there are mats, bolsters, cushions, blankets, straps and blocks. Also 24 chairs and 4 tressle tables if needed.

Yes, the Hub booking system is available for people to use if you do not already have a booking system or want to set one up. Through your Lemonbooking portal you can log in to see how many attendees you have signed up and their details if you need to contact them.
However you are also able to have people book through your own channels if you wish. You will add a 3rd party booking link on to the booking form. So you will still be visible on the calendar and marketing but use your own booking system.
