Hi, I’m Karolina – a dedicated Hatha and Pregnancy Yoga teacher trained in the Sivananda tradition. My approach to yoga brings together movement, breath, relaxation, meditation, and positive thinking to support both physical and emotional wellbeing. I completed my training in the Himalayas in 2019 and have been sharing yoga ever since.
Over the past five years, I’ve led yoga retreats, Full and New Moon classes with cacao ceremonies, and creative sessions that blend yoga with live music. Each offering is created with the intention to awaken, soften, and reconnect you to the deeper rhythm of life.
