I have taught Line Dance full time since 1994, I trained with D&G Organization for Western Dance. 

Teaching beginners is my favourite thing to do! 

I believe that lots of repetition, patience and having fun is the way to teach.

Linedancing is a fun way to keep fit for both mind and body, physically, it is low impact, aerobic exercise, mentally, it keeps the brain active and many studies have shown it to be one of the best tools in the fight against dementia!
