I am the founder and teacher of the Calmer Self Method. 6 Step Programme which shows people how to step out of chaos and into calm.

Having been diagnosed with Breast Cancer in 2022 I have learnt so much through my own experience where I leant heavily on my trusted Calmer Self Method and am now passionate about sharing all that I learnt to help people through their own cancer experience. I help you feel empowered, supported and back in control. 

As a Cancer Coach I am with you from your diagnosis, through your treatment and onto your recovery.

Much of what I teach is based on Mindfulness and Meditation helping you to reduce the panic and fear that comes with a diagnosis and manage the stress and anxiety as you navigate your way through.

I have been asked to facilitate a Relaxation Session so that people can feel the benefits of all that I offer and I am happy to have created a bespoke 2 hour relaxation session that includes tips and coping strategies, simple breathing techniques and a delightful guided meditation. In the Calmer Cancer Relaxation Session you will enjoy 2 hours of bliss and leave with a toolbox of support.
